Meet the Owner

Louis Krickeberg started HB3 from the backyard up.

HB3 is the personal growing project of Louis Krickeberg, built around the idea that food can still feel local, handmade, seasonal, and connected to the person growing it.

What started as a garden, a set of experiments, and a love for making things by hand is becoming a small-batch brand for beets, beans, garden goods, merch, and seasonal drops.

Backyard First

HB3 starts with the garden, not a warehouse.

Made Personal

Every drop has a person, a place, and a story behind it.

Season Built

The garden decides the rhythm. The drops follow what is ready.

HB3 Mission

Urban agriculture with dirt under the nails.

HB3 is not trying to look like a factory brand. It is urban agriculture with a personality: small-batch, backyard-grown, a little weird, and rooted in the idea that a person can create a culture of one.

The point is simple. Grow something real. Make something honest. Share it with people. Ours shared with yours.
